Mrs Neal (Assistant head)
Hello, I’m Mrs Neal and I’m an Assistant Head at Wood Farm School. I enjoy working right across the school and helping children, staff and parents in different ways.
My favourite things to do are leading weekly singing assemblies and helping teachers learn how to be the best teachers they can be. I have worked at Wood Farm School for fifteen years, so I have taught lots of children across Key Stage Two and I know many families in our school. I love being part of this school and I’m always so inspired by how fun and enthusiastic you are.
I am a Mum to three boys aged 2, 4 and 6 so they keep me busy at home and I’ve had to learn lots about football, dinosaurs and Lego! I really enjoy baking cakes, often with one of my boys helping me (it gets quite messy though!). To keep healthy, I enjoy swimming and dancing – I go to a street dance class each week which is lots of fun!
Something you may not know about me is that I am an identical twin – my twin sister is also a primary school teacher. I have also slept in the Sahara desert in a tent, done a sky dive in New Zealand and driven a snowmobile up a mountain in Canada! In the future I’d love to do some more travelling and explore new parts of the world.
